New Ecological Settlement

The high demand for land for building houses at the beginning of the nineties benefited the designation of the building land "Am Schmittsberg".

An ecological settlement with around 150 housing units was built. These are characterised by the large concentration of residential buildings, the low level of ground sealing and the use of passive solar energy.
