Sustainable redevelopment secures housing stock

In the model project “Sustainable redevelopment in existing housing stock”, larger and more flexible layouts are created through extensions to 19 buildings with 368 flats. Through the redevelopment, which is designed as an employment promotion project, local jobs are created at the same time. The inhabitants are comprehensively informed and supported during the measures.
