A new district featuring approximately 530 residential units for approximately 1.500 residents as well as industry buildings and service facilities for 1.000 employees is being created by a group of investors on a former barracks site. The establishment of a call-centre creates jobs in a structurally weak region and promotes the mixing of uses in the quarter.
