Bremerhaven-Wulsdorf „Housing estate and day-care centre for dementia patients“

New infrastructure offers through renovation measures

The Wulsdorf-Dreibergen district already had high structural housing vacancies in 2000. With the partial reduction of a seven-storey apartment building to three storeys, the renovation also created housing for dementia patients. As a result, the reduction in the amount of vacancies was connected to a high-quality development in the neighbourhood which is also orientated towards the rapidly increasing demand in the future.
