Modernising shopping streets

In order to modernise the Oldenburg shopping streets, redevelopment companies for every street segment have been founded which represent the residents and which finance the measures in advance on a voluntary, private basis. In close consultation with local government, necessary construction measures could be undertaken, which contribute to the new attractiveness of the inner-city.
