Transformation of the "Platte" into a terraced house

A 5-storey prefabricated building in the Magdeburg urban district of Neustädter Feld has been converted into a 2-storey terraced house. In this way, the housing stock in the popular prefabricated housing district has been adjusted to the market demand. The reduced design offers the possibility to convert the buildings that are currently let into privately owned housing in the future.
