Residential neighbourhood in a former scales factory

On the site of a former scales factory, the factories have been partly pulled down and replaced by new buildings to develop a new residential neighbourhood. 23 publicly-subsidised apartments have been built, two groups of sheltered housing and two doctors' practices.
