Luckenwalde-Innenstadt „Temporary use of an empty site“

Courageously closing the wasteland to the public park

The City of Luckenwalde has concluded a contract with the owners of the wasteland for its temporary use, after its attempts to find an investor for inner city use of an inner city wasteland area was fruitless. The wasteland area between Nuthepark and the shopping mile was integrated into the urban path network and redesigned as a green area for all city residents. The entire site was created with active involvement from many residents.
