Urban restructuring of a brownfield area

At the end of the 1980s, the stationery manufacturer Pelikan closed its production facilities in the northeast of Hannover. This made an industrial wasteland measuring approximately 10 ha available in the “List” district on the urban fringes which opened up new interior development potentials for Hannover council.
