Based on a planning information and involvement server, the Gütersloh Planning Department operates a module for the online involvement of the public, authorities and other agencies responsible for public issues (TÖB). The module was developed inexpensively by cooperating with other municipalities and an operating company and customized to the requirements of various user groups. The module facilitates the performance of formalized involvement procedures with internet support.
